Here are some pictures of me running a 3k this last weekend over in Whitewater. I ran a 9:41. I have become more determined to strengthen my mileage base this next week. But I am out there competing which is great. The next day Cousin Tom was able to treat me to some quality steak. So good...We ate at the Weber Grill and were able to enjoy the afternoon together. Warm weather, good food, family to talk to...I loved it. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and thank you to both Brother Lynn and Cousin Tom for giving me that treat. It was delightful!
