Tom ran his first 800 meter race at Mead High School last week. He ran a 2:15. not too bad! He will have his 9th grade All-City race this weekend. All he needs now are a few thousand miles under his belt and he will be ready for Cross Country in the fall.
Paul's prom:
This last weekend Paul had his senior prom with Nicole Barber. They seem to be sized right. After some prodding from Adam Thorne and family Paul agreed to ask Nicole. A handful of couples came to the house after the dance and watched a movie and ate some food.
This week Paul is starting back with some road work, after the rest from his stress fracture. He needs to get back into shape for Chicago in the fall.

Another day in paradise, Kauai Hawaii, with the McCoy's over spring break.
